Breeze Mortgage Solutions

Brief

Breeze Mortgage Solutions came to me with a partially built product that lacked cohesion and clarity. The UI fell short of user expectations, critical workflows were incomplete, and the potential of AI hadn’t yet been explored. As a UX Lead, Business Analyst, and AI Strategist, I was brought in to modernize the interface, streamline the user journey, and identify opportunities to embed intelligent systems that enhance user experience.

My role bridged the gap between product vision and execution. I helped stakeholders clarify what they were building and why—translating technical infrastructure and strategic goals into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design solutions.

AI-Enhanced Productivity

To support the platform’s evolution, I introduced AI-powered tools designed to reduce effort and boost accuracy. These included smart form auto-fill, predictive document recognition, and conversational prompts for complex flows—all aimed at increasing efficiency without overwhelming the user.

Key Contributions

Modernized UI

The first priority was to elevate the platform’s look and feel. I applied principles of clean, professional design to create an interface that was both visually appealing and highly functional. This modernized UI became the foundation for the product’s transformation.

Comprehensive Wireframes

To address incomplete features, I developed an extensive set of wireframes covering all aspects of the user journey. These wireframes served as a blueprint for developers, ensuring no functionality was overlooked and providing clarity on complex workflows.

Complex Prototyping & AI Integration

With Figma as my tool of choice, I created prototypes that went beyond simple interactions. These included state changes to demonstrate how elements behaved in various conditions and scenarios. In parallel, I explored how machine learning models could be embedded to provide context-aware guidance, predictive suggestions, and automated compliance checks. The prototypes helped developers visualize how and where AI could seamlessly blend into the user experience.

Learnings

This project underscored the power of pairing UX strategy with business analysis and AI integration. By aligning user needs with system capabilities and next-gen enhancements, we delivered a solution that was not only clear and efficient but also adaptive to future innovation.

The biggest takeaway? Complex tools don’t have to feel complicated. With the right balance of UX clarity, strategic insight, and emerging technology, even high-stakes processes like mortgage applications can become intuitive and empowering.
